Pricing:
This depends on a few variables: the extent of work, materials, crawl space or slab under home, attic access from above, etc. I bid per job, not hourly but above all else, I give a fair and honest estimate.

Typical Process:
Once I receive your request, I will call you to get a better understanding of the work needed. Then, I will schedule a walk-through on location. After I have met with you and performed a walk-through, I will email you an estimate (usually within a few hours).
